Raw Food Levi is someone who hasn’t had to make too many food choices involving suboptimal foods. Remarkably, this talented 10-year-old has been raw vegan since birth. Levi, who has a website and YouTube channel and is the author of a raw food book, is the youngest raw fooder featured in Fruit-Powered Magazine yet. Levi’s is the 71st transformation story. He also shares two recipes: Pear & Spinach Smoothie and Pico de Levi. On November 13, look for Levi’s Top 5 Tips for parents to raise a raw food kid.
In his Don Bennett Says … guest spot, Don Bennett focuses on whether human nature can be bad for your health. Don always brings a unique perspective to his stories, and I think you’ll appreciate his weighing information about how following an approach to health just might wind up costing you the exact thing you so desired to improve or maintain. Part of what Don delves into in “Can Human Nature Be Bad for Your Health?” is that there’s so much more to focus on than just diet—like nutrition!
