Revamped Fruit-Powered Website; A Taste of Raw Food, Back in the Mix at Arnold’s Way; Guest Stories by Don Bennett
Hello, readers. Happy New Year! I’m thrilled to bring you a whole new look for Fruit-Powered.com! This magazine-style template helps play up all the content available on this quickly growing website. All the transformation stories—one of the hallmarks of this online destination—as well as recipes, evergreen articles, guest stories and more have featured positions on the home page for easy browsing. Have look around but, please, pardon the dust. It will be several weeks until the site is working and looking optimally.
Today, I’m also thrilled to launch my second book, A Taste of Raw Food: 7 Days of Smoothies ‘n’ Salads, designed for anyone wanting to eat more fruits and vegetables or get their feet wet on a raw food diet! A full menu plan of seven smoothies and seven salads is included. Pick up this e-book today at a specially discounted price that won’t last long! I want to give a special shout out to the talented, resourceful designer and website developer Anna Chmielewska for her tireless efforts on these projects. Contact Anna with any design and website project needs you might have.
I’m glad to be back in Greater Philadelphia, hanging out and working with my pal Arnold Kauffman and in the mix at Arnold’s Way, where I’m offering raw food classes starting later this month. This raw food café’s 30-Day Raw Challenge has produced many success stories since it launched in December 2012. A recent participant is Silpa Reddy. I’m proud to profile her this month.

I’m excited to announce that Don Bennett has joined Arnold Kauffman, Dr. David Klein, Matthew David and Karen Ranzi as a regular guest columnist for Fruit-Powered Magazine. I consider Don—as well as this entire dream team lineup of contributors, to whom I’m very thankful—to be among the very finest leaders in this raw food community, and his expertise will certainly bring added value to readers and this e-magazine. He writes about iodine in this issue.
This month, look for:
- An interview with Jessica Fuller, a college student who’s gone raw
- A guest story by Jimmy Gilker, whose raw food journey sent him around the world
- Thought-provoking guest columns by Arnold Kauffman, Matthew David and Karen Ranzi
- Tips, recipes and much more!
I wish you all the best in 2014! Consider my coaching services to help you get on the inside track to a successful raw food diet so you can make this year your best yet!
P.S.: I received this beautiful note from my friend Sandie.
The most fabulous thing I have found by going vegan and sharing my story with others is how many other people also are interested in learning more about it. … It’s just my perspective, but I think 2014 is going to be a revolutionary year for people regarding their diets. People seem to be more educated about animal cruelty and how eating animal products is harmful to your body. … Thank you for educating me regarding good food choices and how eating properly is the key to pristine health.
Go Fruit-Powered to supercharge your life!
