“The taste of this dish comes very near to the flavor of durian,” Eva says.
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 zucchini
- ½ red bell pepper
- 1 small bit of leek
- Greens (arugula and dill)
- Chili pepper (optional)
- 3 sweet corn cobs
- Blend the tomatoes, leek, sweet corn and some chili and pour it over the nicely decorated zucchini and red bell pepper.
- Add some arugula and dill if you like.
