Ingredients

  • 2 large fresh mangos, peeled
  • 1 to 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 medium to large red pepper
  • 1 orange
  • 1 to 2 sticks of celery
  • 1 small bunch of fresh cilantro
  • 2 to 3 small sprigs of fresh fennel or dill
  • 1 small handful of fresh arugula
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice

Directions

  • Use a kitchen knife to cut the ingredients into small pieces.
  • Place the ingredients into a food processor or blender and purée ingredients to desired consistency.
  • Pour contents of blender into a large bowl and you are done.

Tip

  •  You can use celery or other veggies to dip into the salsa or add salsa to a lettuce or leafy green veggie wrap! Enjoy!
