Ingredients
- 2 large fresh mangos, peeled
- 1 to 2 large tomatoes
- 1 medium to large red pepper
- 1 orange
- 1 to 2 sticks of celery
- 1 small bunch of fresh cilantro
- 2 to 3 small sprigs of fresh fennel or dill
- 1 small handful of fresh arugula
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice
Directions
- Use a kitchen knife to cut the ingredients into small pieces.
- Place the ingredients into a food processor or blender and purée ingredients to desired consistency.
- Pour contents of blender into a large bowl and you are done.
Tip
- You can use celery or other veggies to dip into the salsa or add salsa to a lettuce or leafy green veggie wrap! Enjoy!
