Pain Relief Is So Very Sweet; Bethlehem Events; Alicia Grant’s First Magazine Story As Year 4 Wraps up; Chemtrails in Focus
Hello, readers! I am thrilled to be working with more than a half-dozen clients in my new Posture Exercises Method. It’s a rush to be able to offer guidance on how clients can eliminate or at least mitigate chronic pain, which often affects people for years or even decades. One of my clients is none other than Arnold Kauffman, owner of the Lansdale, Pennsylvania, raw food café Arnold’s Way.
I’ve been mentioning to Arnold to check out the stretches and gentle exercises in my Posture Exercises Method for six years, and he’s seen me practice them at times since December 2013. It was only when Arnold made the mental leap to do the work and see what happens with it did he become a believer. Now, six weeks in, the 69-year-old is turning back the clock, correcting his posture, straightening his joint alignment and even looking more youthful in facial appearance. It’s pure magic! Arnold’s become a champion of my Method, sharing his progress on social media. And every day at his café, patrons ask the raw food legend what he’s doing differently. Look for a Fruit-Powered Video interview with Arnold on his postural improvements in the coming weeks.
I’ll tell you, you don’t know how critical posture and alignment are to optimal health until you practice the Method and can feel it work wonders in your body every day you do it! Simply put, everyone would benefit from this practice. Explore more and book a session today!
I presented on the Posture Exercises Method at the July Arnold’s Way potluck, and on August 20, I’m bringing this message to Bethlehem VegFest, at which I’ll also discuss how a fruit-based raw food diet can supercharge anyone’s life! My speaking slots are at 1:30 and 4:30 p.m., and I hope to see some of you there!
I’ll be back in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, to give two recipe classes—one on Mexican dishes, and the other on Italian creations, including my mesmerizing lasagna!—at Chef Wendy Landiak’s Shankara Vegan Restaurant and Organic Juice Bar. The classes will be held Saturday, September 10 (Mexican food) and October 8 (Italian food), at 12:30 p.m. The cost is $30 per 90-minute class or $50 if you attend both. Call or text Wendy at 484–330–6405 or call Shankara at 484–821–7434 to book your seat(s). Come hungry because I’ll be serving you lunch! 🙂
Mikkel and Mads Gisle Johnsen, the brothers behind SweetNaturalLiving.com, are living rich lives, enjoying tasty tropical fruits on their widespread travels and contributing to the raw veganism awakening happening all over the world, especially through videos broadcast on their YouTube channel. I appreciate their lifestyle journeys and where they’ve taken Mikkel and Mads, who serve up some remarkable insight in their transformation story! Enjoy the brothers’ tips and recipe in the August 18 Fruit-Powered Magazine installment, the final of the magazine’s fourth year of publication.
Speaking of contributing to the raw veganism awakening, Alicia Grant is someone who’s done a lot for the raw food movement over the past several years. I’m so honored to publish Alicia’s first guest story contribution to the Magazine: “Be Flexible to Find a Balance with Your Health.” Alicia’s story resonates with me, and I admire her “eye of the tiger” in seeing through her goal of achieving top-flight health, even if it means breaking the “rules.”
On August 18, look for in the second half of the Magazine‘s August issue:
- A special interview with Russ Tanner of GlobalSkywatch.com
- A guest story by Karen Ranzi
- Mikkel and Mads Gisle Johnsen’s top tips and a recipe
- Plus more!
Go Fruit-Powered to supercharge your life!
