Ingredients
- 2 large red peppers
- 2 large zucchinis, spiralized using a turning slicer
Directions
- Slice the tops off the peppers, scoop out the seeds and carve them to resemble jack o’ lanterns.
- Stuff the zucchini linguini inside the peppers.
