“Here is a simple recipe that my lovely friend Susan Aman helped me to discover after spending a wonderful night in her and her husband’s company,” Julie says. “Usually, I would not combine citrus and sweet fruits together because of their different digestion rates; however, when I experienced this delicious snack, I was able to enjoy it without any bloating. I would suggest, though, that if you decide to enjoy this snack, not to eat it in excess.”
- 1 to 3 spotted bananas
- 1 lemon
- Peel ripe bananas and slice them into little circles arranging them in whatever design appeals to you.
- Juice lemon and then lightly drizzle the juice atop of the cut banana slices.
- That’s it! Now enjoy the amazing combination of flavors. 🙂
