- 6 to 9 bananas
- 1 to 2 handfuls of baby spinach
- 1 handful of fresh thyme
- 1 handful of fresh basil
- 2 cups of water
- Add the bananas and then the greens and water to a blender.
- Blend or pulse until the mixture is smooth.
- Enjoy a superhealthy green smoothie for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
