Ingredients

  • 6 to 9 bananas
  • 1 to 2 handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1 handful of fresh thyme
  • 1 handful of fresh basil
  • 2 cups of water

Directions

  • Add the bananas and then the greens and water to a blender.
  • Blend or pulse until the mixture is smooth.
  • Enjoy a superhealthy green smoothie for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
