Ingredients

  • 15 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups of strawberries
  • 1 cup of soft pitted dates
  • 3 tablespoons of carob
  • ½ cup coconut water (or more, to taste!)
  • Tray of ice (optional)

Directions

  • Put all ingredients in blender and blend.
