Ingredients
- 6 bananas
- 3 pieces of anise bulb (or fennel bulb, which has a very similar flavor)
- 3 big leaves of kale
- 300 milliliters (10 ounces) of filtered or spring water
Directions
- Blend everything for 2 to 3 minutes until you see a homogeneous green color.
