My Go-To Green Juice Recipe: Ingredients
- ½ head of fennel, chopped
- 1 bunch of spinach leaves
- ½ bunch of parsley
- ½ bunch of cilantro
- 3 ribs of celery
- ½ field or English cucumber
- 1 lemon, peeled
- ½ inch piece of ginger (or to taste)

- Run all ingredients through a juicer or blend in a blender and strain through a nut milk bag. Enjoy!
