Coaching Can Help You Grasp Fruit-Based Lifestyle Fine Points; Arnold’s Way Patrons Francesco Barone and Drew Martin Make Major Health Gains
Hello, readers! I hope you’re enjoying spring, halfway through its season, in the Northern Hemisphere! 🙂
I enjoyed a wonderful raw food coaching session today with an Ontario, Canada, woman who felt like an old friend the minute we started chatting. Amazingly, she told me the same thing at the tail end of our talk. I’m working with this raw fooder of more than a year to help her get some things in her diet straightened out so she can overcome Type 2 diabetes. This is a time of year when many are looking to release weight and get into shape, so please keep me in mind if I can be of service to you, saving you lots of time and money on your raw food journey!
I’m learning all kinds of incredible things about health in my study of the Egoscue Method. Miscarriages and challenging birthing processes as well as C-sections can be minimized if a woman in her childbearing years were to realign her hips back to nature’s design. I’ll explore this revolutionary exercise program more in the coming months. I believe an Egoscue Method practice is one of the keys to supreme health, and in early summer, I’ll be able to guide any of you in realigning your posture for peak performance and pain-free lives online and in person.
If there’s a theme in this, the 41st issue of Fruit-Powered Digest, it’s music and marijuana—and breathing. No, this isn’t a Rolling Stone exposé, but it’s noteworthy how this week’s installment came together. Two stories involve music and two stories involve marijuana—and two of these also highlight the effects of breathing. The message is loud and clear, though: Eating a fruit-based diet can make you rock and get you higher than any drug!
Francesco Barone is featured in this issue’s transformation story, the 99th published in the Digest. I met Francesco last summer at Arnold’s Way during a monthly potluck and knew his story might be perfect to help readers understand that going raw helps put us in the best position to achieve health. I had to wait several months before green-lighting the story. Francesco made a dietary switch and—presto!—he got the results he desired! I know you’ll enjoy his well-told story and all its twists and turns as well as appreciate his bringing the eye of the tiger in visualizing success. His goal of becoming Philadelphia’s finest fitness instructor gave him the every-moment drive to rebuild his life and become sober.”
